Labor Day at the Zoo

We have a zoo membership but this year we haven't made it as often as other years.  The kids have been asking when we can go again so I asked mom and dad if they would like to go with me to take the kids on Monday since we were off for Labor day.  It was supposed to be pretty hot and there was a chance of rain so we went early and got there around 10:45am.  It ended up raining right when we got there so we went into the gift shop a few minutes luckily it stopped after 5 minutes or so and it didn't rain again the rest of the time we were there.  We took our time and the kids had a lot of fun exploring and looking at all the animals.  As many times as we've been there it never seems to get old.
The kids feeling what a Giraffe's fur feels like.
 The big lady bug
 The Camels
Both kids got to feed the Giraffe's but I was holding Kaden so I didn't get a picture.
 They love petting the goats
 Aubrey's Flamingo
Kaden's was supposed to be an elephant but it was a little odd looking.
 Getting SO big
