Christmas Eve with the Hemps

Wes's family always opens gifts on Christmas eve since we are the only ones with little kids I asked if we could do it at our house to save us having to haul so much.  Plus it gives Carol more time to get ready for Christmas day since she always had her family over then.  I made a pot of chili for supper and everyone came over around 6:30.  The kids were bouncing off the walls all day excited to finally get to open some presents! We all got some great gifts and we gave Wes's Parents the gift of a lifetime and told them they are going to have another Grandbaby!  They are beyond thrilled and so are we!
