Aubrey and I went to Jasper this weekend to visit. Lisa and Drew were home with Emma too so when we got to town they got to play for a few hours before they went back to his parents house. It was Strassenfest weekend so we went into Jasper to eat supper and visit with the cousin's at the fest for a while. The food was yummy but probably not very good for us as always and Aubrey got to ride a few rides. Well she got to ride the boats anyway because that was the only one she would let me put her on but she really liked it and rode 3x then she got to play in the big bounce house thing they had set up twice she liked that a lot too.
Sunday my aunt and Unlcle were having a party for Dad's side of the family so we went to church then went to the party. I don't get to see Dad's family much since they only get together a few times a year so it was really nice to see everyone that was there. They also got to see Aubrey which was nice since some of them had never met her. We had a good time and she got to go swimming a little with Pappaw in the lake. She didn't like the sand at all so she didn't do a whole lot but dad played with her some and she had a good time.
While we were gone Wes was busy too he got a few things out of the attic we'll need with Kaden gets here and did a bunch of yard work that needed to be done. Overall I would say it was a good weekend.
