A wedding and a Birthday party

What a crazy weekend! First on Thursday we had a home stager come to the house to give us some idea's on things to do that may help give buyers a better impression of the house. It was helpful and she gave us some ideas of how to arrange furniture to make the rooms appear bigger and where to move some of the wall art we already had to help fill in blanks in other rooms. Overall it was a good exercise. Only problem was we had to do some of the moving and picture hanging ourselves and Friday afternoon they called and wanted to show our house Saturday morning. This is a good thing but we started moving things when she was there Thursday and didn't finish since some of it was too heavy and needed Wes and another guy to move and we planned to do it on Satuday. So friday after work I took Aubrey to Wes's parents to spend the night then went and picked up some supper and Wes and I spent the rest of the night touching up paint (where the stager noted to) and moving stuff. Saturday morning we finished moving the big stuff and I swept and hung the pictures and we got out of the house right on time. We went to pick up sandwiches at Subway then picked up Aubrey and went to Waverly park and had a little picnic and let Aubrey play on the play ground while we waited for them to show the house. We got home about 1pm and not 5 minutes later they pulled up to see the house! They had apparently went to the houses they were seeing out of order so they were really late. I took Zeus and Aubrey for a walk while they looked at the house.
Later that evening we had a wedding for Wes's cousin's daughter to go to it was pretty and we were able to see a lot of Wes's family that we haven't seen since Christmas.
Sunday I took the kids to the grocery with me while Wes did his workout then we went to Sheri's son's Birthday party. They had it at his grandparent's who have a pool so they kids got to swim. The water was kind of cold so I made Wes get in with her ;) They had a good time though.
