We had a great weekend for our family. We celbrated Kaden's first birthday Saturday afternoon and evening at our house with family and friends. Kaden seemed to really enjoy himself and he got some really cool presents that both kids are having fun playing with already. We had a mickey mouse party because Kaden likes watching Mickey.

He didn't eat much cake but he had fun playing with it.
The other great thing that happened this weekend was that we signed an agreement to buy our new house! It's a nice log home in Georgetown, IN. We also have a signed offer to buy our house so we will hopefully be moved into our new home by mid November. We are so excited! It has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 full bath, an attached 2 car garage under the house and a finished basement. It's about 1 1/2 acres mostly wooded but it has a nice yard area too. There is a nice screened porch and both front and back decks. It's like being in Gatlinburg all the time we can't wait.
