Family time

Saturday evening we went out to eat at Tumbleweed then stopped by the park by our house to play for a while.  I brought along a few of my old tennis rackets and some tennis balls to see if the kids would like playing on the tennis courts.  Aubrey was hesitant at first but finally got into it after a little bit she tried hitting the ball and she liked chasing it around.  Kaden had a blast he actually was pretty good too.  He has really good hand eye coordination and could actually drop the ball and hit it most of the time.  He also really liked playing at the net he would throw a ball or two over the net then run around the other side and get them and do it again.  It was really cute.  After playing tennis we went over to the playground for a while.  Kaden still won't have anything to do with a swing but he does like climbing around the playset and going down the slides.  We all had a really good time I think it's nice to just do something simple like that and spend a little time together.
