Aubrey is at the stage where she likes to mimic people. She likes to help with the dishes by taking them out of the dish washer, even if they are dirty. She likes to put things in the trash, and occasionally take things back out (yuck). She likes to try to mop or sweep the floors if the vaccum or wetmop are left out. She also likes to help with the laundry by opening the dresser drawers and taking the clothes out of the basket and putting it in the drawers, even if they don't belong there. All in all it's so cute and incredibly difficult to get anything actually accomplished :)

I'm also taking this week off to enjoy the holiday and get some stuff done at home. Today we dropped by my office so they could see Aubrey, then went and did a little shopping. While Aubrey was taking her nap I baked some M&M cookies and peanut butter cookies, fixed the gate on the fence at the back yard and raked the leaves in the back yard.
