New teeth

I've noticed Aubrey gums top and bottom just look like they are loaded with teeth about to come in. You can see the shape of the teeth in the gums but they haven't broken through yet. She's had a slight fever a few days, a runny nose (she has a cold now), and she's been a little more grumpy than usual. Well last week I noticed one new one came through on her left side on the top then last night I noticed the same one on the other side is through. So now she has 6 on top and still only 2 on the bottom. Yesterday there was a spot on bottom that looked kind of red so maybe one of those is working it's way through now too.
