Kaden's new footware

We thought Kaden stepped on a bee last Thursday at daycare.  They were playing in the water so he didn't have any shoes on and he sat down and was complaining his foot hurt.  There was a small black thing in his foot we assumed was the stinger.  It took a bit but I was able to get it out.  His foot was swollen and he wouldn't put any weight on it.  I took him to the doctor Friday morning and she agreed it looked like a sting to ice it and give ibuprofen and benedryl.  So we did that over the weekend but when it was still swollen and he wouldn't use it Tuesday I took him back to the doctor.  They did x-rays and it's got a fracture in the bone going up to the second toe.  We have no idea what happened but we went to the Ortho doctor today and they said it should heal quickly he has a pretty green cast on it for 3-4 weeks then they will recheck it.

 My goof balls I'm so glad that not much gets Kaden down he's my happy little man most of the time.

 Waiting for the doctor this morning he was just chillin with the ipad.

 His new green cast and they gave us a walking boot thing if he wants to walk on it so it doesn't bust the cast up.  We did get a waterproof cast so at least he can still play in the water and get a bath!  He was so awesome for the doctor and didn't make a fuss at all.
