Her Birthday was on a Monday so we let her open our gift to her that morning before we left for work. She got a Be My Girl doll and a bunk bed set for her along with some accessories for her outfit. She also got an Innotab but we gave her that a few days earlier. After work that night I picked the kids up and asked Aubrey where she wanted to eat supper she chose Polly's Freeze so we went there and ate supper and got some ice cream. After eating I told them we could go to the park so we headed over the the park in Georgetown to let the kids play for a while. They both had a really good time.
We had a birthday party for her the following Saturday at our house. It was a crazy week getting things ready but we got it all done and were really glad so many of our friends and family along with some of Aubrey's friends from daycare were able to come over and help us celebrate. I planned to have the slip and slide and sprinklers for the kids to play with but it really wasn't warm enough. They didn't seem to mind though they were in and out of the house and enjoying playing with their friends.
Aubrey starts 1st grade July 31st! It is so hard to believe my little girl is already 6 years old!
